You can commission me if you meet any of the following criterias:- You are a previous client of mine. (You will also receive a 5% discount on your request with me.)- You are referred to me by a previous client.- You are a close mutual/friend of mine.- You applied for a Skeb/Surprise Me! Overlay Set (this set specifically doesn't require vouching).- You redeemed a Commission Ticket from my Twitch channel.

For those referred by previous clients:- I must know who is vouching for you and if they were a previous client of mine.- I will give them a "password" which must be present in any section of your VGen request form.- If the "password" is not present, I will decline the request.

Why the sudden change?This is to ensure I'm only working with people I can trust.Only Skeb commissions don't require a vouch as these can be done in the smallest amount of interaction possible.All other overlays will require vouches, or the Commission Ticket redeem.

RemindersTake note that my availability is limited; so if your projected date/s are too tight for me or coincides with an event I'm preparing for then I will respectfully decline the request.Anyone who tries to get into the waitlist without any vouches will be declined automatically.Terms of Service (obviously) applies regardless if you're a previous client, referred by one, or a Skeb client.

GENERAL- I require full credit whenever the commissioned assets are actively used by the client.- I reserve the right to decline request/s if it is beyond my capacity/skill. I will also decline due to a lack of reference material/s submitted on the form as this will impact the quality and accuracy of the assets I’ll be creating. Please note that I don’t accept form resubmissions often to appeal a declined form as this may cause schedule conflicts with another client/s whom I’ve approved prior.- Any violation of the Terms of Service will result in a permanent ban from my personal services as a designer. You will also be posted on SNS so that other designers will be aware of your actions.NON-NEGOTIABLE TERMSIf you don't agree with these terms (and/or others below this point), kindly do not commission me.- I require full payment upfront. This is non-refundable.- I will not hand over PSD files or AEPs unless I deem it important to hand it over. I do not want to risk being heavily copied/having my work altered post-commission. Only exception to this are Schedule Templates [PSD Format].- Once the commission is done, I will not entertain requests for extra edits after two weeks. Any revision requests must be requested during the commission period.RUSH ORDERS- There will only be one slot for rush orders per month, manually approved by me.- Rush order TAT is dependent on the service being rushed. Non-animated overlays are fixed 14 days/2 weeks. Animated overlays are case-to-case basis. Finalized TAT will be stated on the invoice.- Rush order fee is +100% or x2 of the base price.PAYMENTS- All payments are handled by the VGen payments system.- Invoice will have every information needed -- all inclusions, start and deadline dates, discount computation (if granted).REVISIONS- Revisions will be on a per session basis and not per item being revised. Once you exceed the three (3) free sessions, every revision requests moving forward will be subject to a flat fee of $30/session and must be paid first before the changes will be made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY- Standard turnaround time (TAT) is two months/60 days, unless specified otherwise by me in writing. The 60 days will not count weekends as I do not work during them.- Kindly refer to the Trello card/VGen Public Queue with your name for the estimated date/s of start, progress, and completion. These stated dates will be adhered to by me (the designer), unless severe emergencies happen that can halt the process -- in which case, the client shall be informed of changes to the stated deadline.- All files will be sent to the client through VGen. Client may also request to have the file sent via email and/or Discord.NDA / PRIVACY FEEPaying the privacy fee will mean zero sneak peeks to public viewing beyond private DMs held between me and the client. This will last for a maximum of six months starting from the date when the commission has been completed or up until the client has already debuted the assets.USAGE AND COPYRIGHT- You may use any and all assets for streaming, thumbnails, social banners, etc.. Flaunt them everywhere to your hearts desire~- Any post-commission edit of the assets (like revising positions of certain elements in the overlay) are okay, but if possible, kindly inform me if you have done so and do not remove the credit from your profile/bio/credits section as well.- Illegal reselling and/or redistribution of my work is prohibited.- You cannot feed my work to any AI-generation software or use them for NFTs.REFUNDS- There will be no refunds once slot has been confirmed and/or work has been started.COMMUNICATIONExcept for Skeb/Surprise Me! Overlays, all communications will be held via my personal Discord handle (Rosen#8244 / rosenabendroth).
